TRACY, Calif. (KRON) — Police said a 15-year-old boy stabbed an 18-year-old man to death in front of a Target on Naglee Road.
Friday around 6:30 p.m., officers with the Tracy Police Department responded to the area of 2800 Naglee Road. Reports said there was one person suffering from stab wounds while bystanders tried to stop a suspect near a Hobby Lobby.
Officers found the 15-year-old suspect and took him into custody without incident…
