(FOX40.COM) — A convicted felon armed with a gun who was allegedly under the influence of drugs was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon in Manteca after several hours of negotiations, police said.
Manteca police responded around 12:30 p.m. to a home in the 1300 block of Wawona Street after a woman called reporting her estranged husband was under a pickup truck in her driveway, the Manteca Police Department said.
