(FOX40.COM) — A man was killed Thursday morning in Stockton in what police suspect is a hit-and-run crash, officials aid.
Officers with the Stockton Police Department were dispatched just after 7 a.m. to the area of East Martin Luther King Boulevard and South B Street after receiving reports of a person lying down on the side of the road, the Stockton police said in an email.
When officers arrived, they found the man unresponsive. Medical personnel pronounced the man dead at the scene. Preliminary information indicates the man “may have been struck by an unknown passing vehicle,” Stockton police said…
