A Modesto man was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of weapons possession, according to U.S. Attorney Eric Grant.
According to court documents, Amador Faalaga, 39, was found in possession of 16 rounds of nine millimeter ammunition earlier this month. Faalaga — who has a prior felony conviction for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine — is prohibited from possessing any firearms or ammunition.
