(FOX40.COM) — A man was arrested Tuesday night after stealing a woman’s belongings, forcing her into her own car and taking her to a home without consent, police said.
Around 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, the Stockton Police Department responded to a kidnapping report at a residence in the 3100 block of West Benjamin Holt Drive.
Once on scene, officers arrested the suspected kidnapper, 36-year-old Dwayne Allen, and recovered the 19-year-old victim and her car. The victim was uninjured, police said…
