Two juveniles were arrested Sunday after officers alleged they fled from a stolen vehicle during a short pursuit in Stockton.
Officers tried to stop the occupied stolen vehicle at 1:42 p.m. near Bianchi Road and West Lane in the Valley Oak District, but the driver refused to halt, the Stockton Police Department alleged on social media.
