(FOX40.COM) — Two suspects from Stockton are wanted for allegedly stealing copper wire from AG irrigation pumps, the Yolo County Sheriff’s Office shared in a Facebook post.
The suspects, Hanh Xuan Nguyen and Yian Chiem Saephanh, are both given a felony warrant for grand theft and conspiracy.
