(FOX40.COM) — An investigation into violence in San Joaquin County led to the dismantling of a gun and drug trafficking network and the arrest of multiple gang members on Wednesday, officials said.
The law enforcement operation, called Operation Spark Plug, began in February 2026 and investigated violence connected to criminal activity in Stockton and Lodi, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California said in a news release.
