Early yesterday morning, a vehicle initially reported as stolen led Ceres Police on a chase through city streets. According to the Ceres Police Department’s Facebook page, officers spotted the gray 2017 Kia Sportage and attempted to pull it over near the intersection of Whitmore Avenue and Mitchell Road. The driver of the stolen car failed to comply, setting off the pursuit.
