SAN JOAQUIN, Calif. — Caltrans will implement two full weekend closures of State Route 4 in May as part of a pavement improvement project in the Delta region.
The closures will affect SR-4 between Roberts Road and the San Joaquin/Contra Costa County line, east of Discovery Bay.
