(FOX40.COM) — Four people were hospitalized on Saturday after a head-on crash in Stanislaus County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP said officers responded to reports of a crash around 8:32 a.m. on Hatch Road, east of Clinton Road in Hughson.
