A Montgomery man was arrested on Wednesday on capital murder and other related charges stemming from a 2025 homicide in Brewton.
Connie Ray Robbins, 37, of Montgomery, was arrested on warrants issued by the Brewton Police Department charging him with Capital Murder, Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Vehicle, and three counts of Reckless Endangerment.
