MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Rain chances remain above average through much of the upcoming week, although not every location will see rain every day.
Monday appears to be the driest day of the week with only scattered afternoon storms expected. Beginning Tuesday, the atmosphere becomes more favorable for clusters of thunderstorms to move into the Gulf Coast from the northwest. This pattern could bring multiple rounds of showers and storms through Thursday.
Because these storm complexes can be difficult to predict several days in advance, rain coverage and timing may change from day to day. However, the overall message is that periodic chances for rain and thunderstorms will continue through midweek before conditions gradually dry out heading into next weekend…
