The Alabama Department of Transportation has opened the final section of the Linden Bypass to traffic as part of construction of the West Alabama Highway.
ALDOT says motorists can now travel the four-lane route connecting US 43 south of Linden to SR 69 north of the city.
When additional work is completed later this summer, the 7.7-mile, four-lane divided highway will fully serve as SR-303 and complete the Linden Bypass, ALDOT said in a statement…
