MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A man has been charged in connection with a May shooting in Montgomery, according to court documents.
Eric Tillman, 20, was charged with first-degree hindering prosecution and four counts of discharging a gun into a vehicle or dwelling.
According to court documents, on Saturday, May 30, Tillman’s passenger engaged in a shootout with another person in the 1800 block of East South Boulevard. The documents say gunfire struck an occupied building and a vehicle. Investigators said Tillman slowed the vehicle to let the passenger back into the truck as the passenger continued shooting.
