MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – The Alabama Department of Public Health announced Wednesday that 11 cases of cyclosporiasis have been reported in the state since May 1.
The illness is spread through consuming the parasite through food or drink. An exact list of products causing the spread at not currently known.
