TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) — An Alabama state representative said a former Department of Corrections contractor has committed millions of dollars worth of fraud.
State Rep. Chris England, D-Tuscsloosa, made that claim Monday about YesCare, a prison healthcare provider that recently was terminated by the ADOC.
