PRATTVILLE, Ala. – A St. Croix man wanted since February on weapons-related charges in the U.S. Virgin Islands has been captured at his workplace in Alabama, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
Luis Ventura was arrested Sept. 11 in Prattville by members of the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force. Authorities said he was taken into custody without incident.
Ventura is wanted by the Virgin Islands Police Department on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment and possession of a deadly weapon during a crime of violence…
