MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A Montgomery judge heard conflicting witness accounts Wednesday during a preliminary hearing for a 68-year-old woman accused of fatally shooting her niece during a family dispute.
Yolanda Cobb appeared solemn in court, making minimal eye contact as police officers detailed the events leading up to her arrest in the death of Erika Cobb.
According to police testimony, the dispute began over money missing from a bank account at a home on Woodland Drive in Montgomery.
