MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A man is under arrest for allegedly shooting another man in the chest Saturday, according to court documents.
Anthony Brown, 49, is charged with first-degree assault, discharging a firearm into an unoccupied vehicle and illegal possession of a handgun.
Court filings indicate the victim and Brown were friends and that they were attending a small barbecue in the 3400 block of Fountain Circle on Saturday.
