MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Authorities have arrested and charged a man in connection with an armed robbery and kidnapping incident that happened in August, 2025.
According to documents from the Montgomery County Circuit Court, Anthony Damien Anderson, 36, was charged with robbery first for his role in the incident, which happened at the Studio Lodge in the 1200 block of Eastern Boulevard.
Anderson, along with three other suspects, are accused of robbing two people at gunpoint in the area before kidnapping and driving them to the nearby Paterson Court, where they beat and stripped the victims of their clothing.
