TENNESSEE — A Memphis man has been arrested after authorities uncovered an alleged conspiracy to smuggle drugs into the Northeast Correctional Complex, according to the Carter County Sheriff’s Office.
Michael Jerome Flowers was arrested Friday following an investigation that began in May.
