ATLANTA (WRBL) — A speed enforcement and awareness campaign in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee will return next week for its ninth year.
‘Operation Southern Slow Down’ will kick off on Monday, July 13, and run through July 19, 2026. The highway safety office and state law enforcement agencies from the five states will outline education and enforcement plans beginning on Monday.
