Bedford County school placed on lockdown after weapon found in vehicle

SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A high school in Bedford County was placed under lockdown after a weapon was found in a vehicle.

According to Bedford County Schools, Shelbyville Central High School was placed on lockdown at 10:40 a.m.

BCS said the weapon was confiscated and a student was taken into custody…
