GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — The Georgetown County Coroner has identified the man killed after two boats collided on the Sampit River in Georgetown County.
Wendell J. “Jay” Holbert III, a 49-year-old from Conway was identified as the deceased.
