MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF/Gray News) – An alleged kidnapping attempt at a popular Myrtle Beach park unfolded while a family was posing for photos.
Amanda Dudney, 40, is charged with kidnapping and cited for public disorderly conduct.
Myrtle Beach police responded to Plyler Park at 1000 N. Ocean Boulevard before 6:30 p.m. on May 18 for a suspicious call.
Family members told police that while they were taking family photos, Dudney approached, grabbed a stroller with a child in it and started walking away…
