HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Horry County Schools has approved a new budget that includes pay raises for teachers and staff and does not require a tax increase, district officials said.
The Horry County Board of Education gave final approval on Monday to the superintendent’s comprehensive budget for the 2026-27 fiscal year. The district’s total budget is $1.2 billion.
