The Conway Splash Pad at the Town Green, 200 Laurel St., is closed, said June Wood, public information officer for the city of Conway.
“We’re under severe drought conditions in the city of Conway,” Wood said. “And the splash pad will not open until conditions improve. We’re waiting, but we’re not sure when the splash pad will open. We will continue to monitor the situation. It will be announced on social media when the splash pad opens. You can also call (city administrative offices) to check and see if it’s open before traveling to the splash pad.”
