HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Drivers across parts of South Carolina may notice barrels, cones and work crews along several major routes this week as crews take part in the state’s annual hurricane evacuation exercise.
The South Carolina Department of Transportation said it will partner with the South Carolina Department of Public Safety and the South Carolina Emergency Management Division for the 26th Annual Hurricane Evacuation Exercise on Wednesday.
