MUSC Health, Cigna contract dispute could leave thousands with higher bills

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A contract dispute between MUSC Health and Cigna could leave 30,000 patients across South Carolina facing higher out-of-pocket costs if the two sides fail to reach an agreement by June 30.

MUSC Health could go out of network starting July 1, leaving Cigna policyholders with larger bills.
