HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A deadly road-rage shooting that left Scott Spivey dead along Camp Swamp Road in September 2023 is back in the spotlight as attorneys for North Myrtle Beach businessman Weldon Boyd push back against public statements made by the lawyer representing Spivey’s family.
