HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A lawsuit filed against the attorney representing the family of Scott Spivey has been dismissed.
Weldon Boyd filed the lawsuit in Horry County in November 2025 against lawyer Mark Tinsley.
Court documents show a judge granted Tinsley’s motion to dismiss on Thursday. A separate motion Boyd filed asking the court to reconsider a related ruling was also denied the same day…
