HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – An anonymous letter from officers inside the Horry County Police Department is criticizing department leadership, and the department said it never received it.
WMBF News received an email from someone identifying themselves as an HCPD officer using a “John Doe” pseudonym, which included a letter they said was sent to every member of Horry County Council.
