A new restaurant promising authentic Peruvian flavors is opening soon in North Myrtle Beach.
Taste of Peru will serve Peruvian dishes like chicharron de pescado, an appetizer of fried fish chunks; jalea, a seafood platter served with fried yucca; and ají de gallina, an entrée featuring shredded chicken served in a creamy yellow pepper sauce with white rice and potatoes.
