Garden City improvement project creates excitement for residents, business owners

GARDEN CITY, S.C. (WBTW) — Garden City has launched a $25 million streetscape project designed to alleviate years of significant flooding caused by heavy rainfall.

The extensive five-phase initiative is funded by hospitality funds and Ride4. The first phase of work is planned to start in September.
