HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – On Thursday, Island Green residents say main roads are blocked from construction, and they are concerned for their safety.
The community says the construction is forcing drivers onto narrow, gravel-covered roads through an adjacent subdivision with little to no directional signage.
