MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Fallen traffic lights have shut down a busy stretch of Highway 17 Bypass in Myrtle Beach.
The Myrtle Beach Police Department announced the closure just after 8 p.m., saying Highway 17 Bypass is closed in both directions from Highway 501 to 21st Avenue North. A WMBF reporter at the scene confirmed the road remains blocked as of 8:45 p.m.
