HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A 78-year-old woman is accused of leaving a child and dog in a hot car.
According to incident reports, the Horry County Police Department responded to the scene at 12262 Highway Bypass in the Murrells Inlet area last Saturday to assist with the 9-year-old victim.
When police arrived, EMS had removed the victim from the car and was treating her for possible heat exhaustion…
