HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Today, community and hospital leaders celebrated a major milestone in the construction of a new building in the Grand Strand Health system.
They added the final structural beam to South Strand Hospital on Thursday morning. Hospital executives, administration, and staff signed the final beam before crews raised it.
