HORRY COUNTY S.C. (WPDE) — Questions continued to pour in after a Myrtle Beach man with 33 prior arrests pleaded guilty last Monday and was sentenced to probation, prompting public backlash and a response from the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
