MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Myrtle Beach City Council has approved a $480,000 land purchase to build affordable condominiums for workers in the area, marking the first use of the city’s Workforce Housing Fund.
The city will purchase property at 904 Third Avenue North near Alder Street.
