MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Emergency crews are responding to a crash involving an overturned vehicle on Highway 501 South near the intersection of Waccamaw Boulevard and Tidewater Road.
Traffic is down to one lane in the area as crews work at the scene. An overturned vehicle can be seen on the side of the roadway.
Horry County Fire Rescue and the South Carolina Highway Patrol are on scene. It was not immediately clear if anyone was injured.
