HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — One person was taken to the hospital Wednesday morning after one of two vehicles involved in a crash on Highway 544 overturned, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.
The crash happened at about 8 a.m. in the area of Singleton Ridge Road and blocked Conway-bound traffic on Highway 544 while crews worked in the area, HCFR said. One person signed a medical transport waiver.
