HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A Grand Strand woman says she cried after winning $200,000 on a scratch-off sold at an Horry County Food Lion, according to South Carolina lottery officials.
The woman wanted to play the lottery after learning a family member won a small prize, officials said. She bought a ticket at a gas station, but had no luck.
