NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — A North Myrtle Beach city councilmember is facing dozens of campaign ethics violations, according to documents filed by the South Carolina State Ethics Commission.
In the documents, Nikki Fontana is accused of failing to submit required campaign disclosure reports and not properly reporting contributions and expenses.
