NCDOT announced Wednesday that it is considering new design options for the Carolina Bays Parkway Extension project.
The agency is working with the South Carolina Department of Transportation to extend Carolina Bays Parkway, or Highway 31, from Highway 9 in Horry County across the state line to Highway 17 in Brunswick County.
