MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — The Market Common’s Grand Lake sprung to life Saturday with colorful vessels as the 18th annual Dragon Boat Festival began.
Teams of 20 paddlers maneuvered their boats on the water for the fundraiser to benefit Ground Zero, an organization that works to cultivate teenagers’ faith and provide life-changing experiences.
