HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — One person sustained critical injuries in a Saturday night wreck along North Nichols Highway in Horry County, authorities said.
Horry County Fire Rescue crews were sent to the area of Silver Sand Lane shortly after 7:15 p.m. for a single-vehicle wreck with entrapment after it overturned.
