HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Lanes of Highway 378 are blocked due to a downed utility line on Monday morning in the Conway area.
Horry County Fire Rescue was dispatched around 6:20 a.m. to the area of Highway 378 and Pee Dee Highway to a reported electrical hazard.
