HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — An Horry County educator received a national honor on Thursday.
Esther Yardumian-Smyth is the 2026 Kelly Education Substitute Teacher of the Year. The 30-year teaching veteran was submitted by her colleagues at the Academy for the Arts, Science, and Technology in Carolina Forest.
